Swim Workout at Mt. View

Finally got around to going back to a "real" pool. That dinky, shallow, hot YMCA pool drives me nuts. So I went over to Mountain View today, MUCH MUCH better.

800 Swim

400 Pull
200 Drill

  2. I haven't stopped, but I have dialed back my workouts. I was laid off from my job at the beginning of December so swimming has taken a bit of a backseat right now. I'm still trying to swim at least twice a week to keep a feel for the water. I will continue to post and if you ever need a workout just email me....they come easy to me (as far as writing them up)!
