400 Swim 400 Kick 400 Pull 200 Drill 12 x 25 @ :20 rest 8 UW kick w/ fins (until my fin broke) 4 IM order swim 100 EZ ------------ 2000 SCY - First day back - workouts will be like this for a bit since I'm just starting back. I also go on vacation for a week with the family starting next Weds.

Sunday- May 12,2013

So I'm finally getting back in the pool and starting from scratch. It's been 15 months since I've gotten in the pool and I know it's gonna be a long road back. I'm overweight and way outta shape but I did get in yesterday and my body and muscles still remember how to swim and I actually felt okay...although slow and no endurance whatsoever. So the county I live in just opened a new $16M facility that is pretty awesome and is only 3-4 miles from my house. Tomorrow will be the first step in a journey of a thousand miles. I probably will not compete until 2014 and again will train and write my own workouts. I was pretty successful the few years when I came back to swimming so why change that...plus my coaching and workouts are FREE! Here are a few pics of the new facility:
