Dryland:


Did about a 3-1/2 mile run/walk (mostly run)
Took about 53 minutes
-Went a bit further than Monday and in less time, so thats good.
-New shoes made a WORLD of difference, no aches, no pains during or after the run. I recommend everyone that runs get fitted for your specific type of foot! Big Peach did me right!
