-Good first 500 and then just HURT. I pretty much shut it down as I don't train for this and don't want to!!!
50 Free (Relay Lead-off): 23.35
-Would have been first if I had swam the actual 50 Free Event. But since I led off a relay right after the 1000 I figured that was enough and scratched the 50 Free Event.
100 Back: 58.41 (2nd)

-a bit tired as it wasn't that long after the 100 back and I left my tech suit on too long. My arms felt half numb the whole race! Fast heat though as I was 6th in the heat!
-Tomorrow I have 500 Free (should be a good one), 100 Free, 200 Back, 200 IM, Medley Relay
