Jeff, thanks for the answers to my questions. This is definitely something I want to get into and I'm competitive enough I want to do it right and really push myself.
ReplyDeleteSo I did this workout (wednesday) today during lunch and was calling for CPR after the 6th 200 haha - called it quits there and did 4 50's to cool down. All I have to say is you are intense man, hope to be able to complete these workouts soon.
No problem! Just cut the workout down as you need, change interval times, distances as needed.
ReplyDeleteIf you go all the way back to the beginning of my blog (Aug 2008) you'll see how slowly I started it. Its taken my quite awhile to get where I am now. Its just putting in the time and energy!
