-Calf still strained but doesn't really bother me swimming. The only time I feel it is bouncing off the walls on turns. It will also hinder starts. I just don't want to make it worse before Y Nats so we'll see how it goes this weekend.

-Real foggy this AM, but warm and humid obviously
-Felt something pop just a bit on bottom of calf towards the end of my run. Hopefullynothing serious, but its still tight/sore 6 hours later. Icing now!
