ReplyDeleteI mostly just do kicking sets. Mix in the use of fins and I also do a lot of blast 25's- fast underwater kicking with and without fins. You could also do vertical kicking with weights (or not depending on skill level). The key is to kick some every practice. Work on weaknesses no matter how painful or slow you are....baby steps!
